I paid but can't find the guide
After payment you're taken to a page with a download button, and the guide is also emailed to the address you used at checkout. Check your spam and promotions folders. If it still isn't there, email me and I'll send it again.
The download doesn't work on my phone
If you opened the link inside Instagram or another app, tap the ••• menu, choose “Open in browser”, and try again.
When will I hear about the Villa Marevento discount?
As soon as the house opens for rentals, buyers get an email with the discount and direct booking access, before it's listed anywhere else.
Can I get a refund?
The guide is a digital download, so sales are final once it's delivered (see the terms of sale). If your file is faulty or missing, email me and I'll fix it or refund you.
I need an invoice
Stripe emails a receipt after payment. If you need an invoice with your company details, email me with those details.
